I'd like to submit this [link] picture of mine to the 'IAMX Fan Photography' section but I don't seem to be able to submit anywhere except for the featured section. Could someone help me out please?

I think only moderators can move things from "Featured" to a folder. Most groups are like that. I'd say to go ahead and submit it. The mods will file it accordingly.
